Benefits of Thai Massage

Every culture of the world practices some kind of massage. Thailand has a long standing history of massage where the person gets "addicted" to.

It is often known as Thai Yoga Massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move clients into a series of yoga-like stretches.

Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work while still reaping the benefits of yoga.

• Help detoxification of the body and boost immune system
• Increase blood circulation, lower blood pressure
• Good for muscle relaxation, increase mobility
• Improve breathing
• Improves posture, balance, corrects body alignments
• Improves athletic performance
• Help arthritis and back pain,
• Help tone the body, strengthen joints
• Prevents illnesses and alleviates degenerative diseases
• Slows the aging process
• Help people boost their inner energy levels
• Raise the energy level and stamina

Federica Clemente
33yrs old, Italy

I have always believed in the power of massage and its benefits. When I was younger,
I gave massages to my family, relatives and especially my grandfather. They loved it
and commented that I have good hands.

When I saw the newspaper and read about Jo's Massage Training, I was thrilled and excited on the massage courses provided. I thought to myself, this is it! The time has come for me to learn the right techniques and to acquire a new skill.

Ms Joanne’s classes were very informative as she combined her personal experiences, both in theory and practical on massage therapy.
She also provided useful insights to massages – the different techniques used, ways of
handling different customers, types of aromatherapy oils & its benefits and running it
as a business too.

Together with her down-to-earth personality, humour and patience, Joanne has indeed
been my inspiration.

Now, with this new skill that I have acquired, I hope to bring a new beginning into my
life. I sincerely wish and hope to heal and make people feel better.
