Benefits of Thai Massage

Every culture of the world practices some kind of massage. Thailand has a long standing history of massage where the person gets "addicted" to.

It is often known as Thai Yoga Massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move clients into a series of yoga-like stretches.

Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work while still reaping the benefits of yoga.
